driving down mittrapab at IT plaza wanted to turn right but a Vios was blocking the lane. obviously wanted to be at the front of the queue to go straight when the light changed in his favour. The green right turn light meant nothing to him. My sounding the horn meant nothing to him. I was irritated but then the lights went to green for straight on. I was pleasantly surprised to see a tall helmeted figure tightly clad in brown, step forth and with the gentlest of hand motions he stopped the Vios in its tracks and beconed the documents from the driver...
I was happy to be held up while I looked for a gap to go around this spectacle, largely because it afforded me the oportunity to see the driver leave his car for a private consultation with said man in brown. I can't begin to imagine how it was resolved...
So my seasonal smile was restored and I applaud the man in brown for seeing that such infractions are not to go unaddressed.
