115 talang wah in chaweng,  chanot land title,  6 minutes  from the beach & chaweng beach road. In quite surroundings off the main road, ideal for a house or 2, or a hotel or guest house, got planning permission for two stories. Has a 2 meter deep concrete base which is 500 mm above road level.  Has a well & electric,  10 minutes from bluewater international school & Tesco,s  will get photo,s asap.  All photos are in korat & i am in the uk at the moment. Selling because we are moving to korat  next month sometime.

You might want to give some more details about the land if you expect to sell it.
