A basic brand new Nokia costs about 1,000 baht. Whats the point of buying second hand ?
I'd agree with you....not much point unless one is strapped for cash.The OP was asking about 'a cheap phone'

I scored a brand new Samsung for 990 baht @ the Mall.  Plus, the cutie who sold it to me gave me her phone number  Smiley
