Actually, IPTorrents is very good, but you have to keep your ratio up or you get in trouble.  the torrents that do get put up are usually the best quality.  But, I've found a great trick.  I browse IPtorrents for new ones, then go to Piratebay to see if the same poster has put it up there.  In many cases, I get the same stuff at Piratebay, and it doesn't count against my ratio.

However, at IP Torrents, if you get the free leeches downloading, you can then increase your ratio easily and keep it that way.

Good idea I usually let the ratio get to around 2 to 3 then delete the movie as I rarely watch a movie a second time and if I really like it I will make a DVD copy as I usually first watch them on my computer screen.

I use Isohunt, its great, fast downloads. Check out "Jaybob" on that site.
My understanding was that Isohunt searches all torrent sites?

Wow that all went straight over my head. Can someone please write ''The idiots guide to downloading from the internet'' for me.

I presently use Torrentz to search then download via Monova to Utorrent. Download speeds are atrocious, but I just download at night and get there in the end, a movie might take 2/3 nights to download.

Thats real bad speed, rather sad, but you can only do what you can do.
If you go to Isohunt: www.isohunt.com My understanding is that it searches "all torrent website"
But before you do, go here: http://www.bittorrent.com/ and download bittorrent. (his is my set up anyway)
Then if you do not have utorrent or other ones, you simply click on a download link from isohunt and and bittorrent opens automatically.
No need to cut and paste ..., just automatically starts, you just confirm the action.
They have loads of people there being "seeds" for you (more seeds, faster download) and it brings them down quick.
Normally where i am takes around 20 minutes for 1 GB, but different country, not rural and live 150 metres from the telephone exhange i get my adsl2 from. I am sure you will still find it quicker, be keen to hear feedback?
